As the night approaches the weather becomes cooler and very pleasant. We will arrange bonfire and BBQ for you in the evening and also offer you unlimited Starters!!. It will surely be a memorable experience for you.
Itinerary:
Day 1:
● 04:30 pm: Reach Campsite by your own travel (bike/car)
● 05:00 pm: Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you fresh-n-up.
● Once you settled down, it’s up to you how much you can enjoy the nature in evening with your family members and friends.
● The place is all-time best for bird photography, morning sunrise photography.
● After the sunset, one can feel the cold night air of Bhandardara Lake. And enjoy BBQ & campfire lakeside.
● 09:30 pm: Delicious dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be ready at the dining area.
● One can enjoy late night cold air & campfire beside the lake.
Day 2:
● 07:00 am: the Wake-up call
● 08:00 am: Morning Tea is must if it’s a chilled morning
● 09:00 am: Hot breakfast will be waiting for you
● 09:30 am: Bye-bye with loads of memories and pictures for the coming year

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. If cancellation done prior to 10 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
2. If done prior to 7 days of outing 50% will be refunded
3. After that no refund will be provided.
Medical Disclaimer:
It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.
